We had a very smooth transaction from our check-in to our checkout. Frank, the frontdesk officer, is very accommodating and is really helpful. The room is very clean, and the complimentary buffet breakfast is worth it, too.

I'm sorry to tell you that I'm not going to give this hotel a good review. We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 am. On September 23, 2023, the doors were closed and no one came out to open it, only one guest was leaving, we were able to enter the Lobby, we called and we have been waiting for more than 40 minutes and no one answers the phone, we had to call several hotels to receive us at 4:00 am. We returned in the morning and a very friendly employee Frank explained what happened, it doesn't seem to us that they don't have a staff for emergencies. They also made an advance payment for the first night without me being present for check-in.

Such a great experience. I was warmly greeted by staff where they briefly shared highlights about the hotel and what it offer for their guest. They even have a nice pub that is open 24 hours and it is located in the same parking lot. Beside that, the rooms are very clean. The room we stayed in had an extra pull out couch bed which was a plus. I enjoyed the breakfast the most, very delicious especially when they had biscuits and gravy. I fully recommend staying at this hotel and the strip isn't far from it. The hotel is also located near places that has popular stores such as CVS and many food places.

The Hotel was very Clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bath towels were a little rough but there was plenty of them. The beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. The staff cleaned the room daily, which was very nice. The location was great, close to highway 215 and 15 minutes from LV Blvd.

Very comfortable. I don't enjoy the vegas strip hotels too many people and floors. This was perfect, 3 stories not too high and not too many people. Great staff and nice breakfast in the morning for the kids. I will spend all if my vacations here if there is availability.
